  • Bruschetta:

  • 1cup

    heapingdiced cherry tomatoes (halved if smallquartered if large)

  • 1

    minced garlic clove

  • 1/4teaspoon


  • 1/8teaspoon


  • 1teaspoon

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 1teaspoon

    balsamic vinegar

  • For serving:

  • 1

    container Sabra HummusI love the Pine Nut and Basil for this!

  • Sliced and Toasted BaguettePita Bread and/or Crackers

  • Sliced Cucumbers

  • Baby Carrots

  1. Bruschetta: In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Stir to combine.

  2. For serving: Top hummus with bruschetta mixture and serve with choice of baguette, pita bread, crackers, cucumbers and/or carrots. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*The Bruschetta mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in a sealed container in the fridge until ready to serve! The flavors meld wonderfully as time goes on!
